i was refered to UCLH by Stanmore hospital for Radiotherapy, the care I received from start to finish was excellent. Staffs are very caring and are very well trained in thier fields.

From first being diagnosed to stepping foot into the radiotherapy dept I have been put at ease by every single person I have met .The staff at UCLH radiotherapy are second to none in their attitude and genuine support, I met too many to name you all but you are all equally brilliant. I earned the nickname Mr coldpack in my 5wk stint .....its the little things that make the journey less daunting ........A big thankyou to you all .

Totally unbelievable care and treatment. It was an absolute pleasure to be treated at this hospital, all the staff, Jade at reception, the radiographers, Hannah and Claire were absolutely amazing. I could not have got better treatment anywhere in the world. Nothing was too much trouble and my welfare was priority at all times. At the end of my treatment all the staff made a point of wishing me well and asked me to stay in touch which I intend to do as they all felt like friends to me and not just people doing a job. First class in every respect.

Clare has been absolutely amazing in offering her service! From the day when she was introduced to me, she was able to address all my concerns and questions. What I particularly enjoy is that she is checking in with you informally when she sees you around the hospital, not necessarily sticking to the review clinics only. Clare was also really knowledgeable and was proactively addressing any questions which were arising. She is really good at reassuring you and providing great support. Overall, Clare is an example of the best possible service which could be offered and is an asset for the radiotherapy team and the NHS! The only thing which can be improved is probably having her contact details - phone or email, however,- I didn’t have any issues to find her when I needed to talk to her.
